Monza historic 2017: il fantastico mondo di Patrick Peter

Da un paio di anni giunge a Monza l’attesissimo Monza historic, che per emozioni e qualità delle vetture partecipanti eguaglia certamente la famosissima Coppa intereuropa.
Fantastici capolavori della meccanica e del design come Porsche 917k, Ferrari 512, Ferrari 330 GTO, Ferrari 250 LM, hanno corso senza risparmiarsi sullo storico tracciato e si sono lasciate ammirare senza pudore anche da vicino, all’interno dei box.

Emozioni impagabili che la formula uno non ci regala più da diverso tempo. Tutto ciò grazie all’organizzatore Patrick Peter, autentico mago delle corse classic, che per il 2017 ha organizzato diversi eventi motoristici d’epoca, visibili nel programma in fondo alla pagina e sul sito: https://peterauto.peter.fr/fr/evenements-automobiles-historiques/


L’edizione del 2017 di Monza historic ha visto la presenza di sette categorie:
Classic Endurance Racing 1 & 2, Sixties’ Endurance, Heritage Touring Cup, Trofeo Nastro Rosso, Group C Racing, Euro F2 Classic novità di quest’anno e FIA Lurani Trophy come categoria ospite.

Mi hanno particolarmente emozionato le battaglie delle categorie Classic Endurance Racing 1 & 2 con entusiasmanti vittorie come quella della Ferrari 512 di Monteverde/Pearson, piuttosto che una l’instancabile battaglia tra due Toj, la SC303 del 78 di Marc Davis e la Toj SC304 del 76 guidata da Ives Scemama, che anche quest’anno ha avuto la meglio sulle altre partecipanti, mantenendo uno strabiliante passo di gara.

Confidiamo nella passione di Mr.Patrick per il circuito monzese, sperando di poter rivedere Monza historic nel 2018.

Monza historic 2017: the fantastic world of Patrick Peter [english version]

For a couple of years, the highly anticipated Monza historic is coming to Monza, which for the emotions and quality of the participating cars certainly equals the famous Coppa Intereuropa.
Fantastic masterpieces of mechanics and design such as Porsche 917k, Ferrari 512, Ferrari 330 GTO, Ferrari 250 LM, have raced without saving, on the historical track and have left to admire without decency even closely, inside the pits.
Priceless emotions that the Formula One does not give us any more for a while. All this thanks to the organizer Patrick Peter, a true magician of the classic Races, which for 2017 has organized several vintage motor events, visible in the program at the bottom of the page and on the site: https://peterauto.peter.fr/fr/evenements-automobiles-historiques/
The 2017 historic edition of Monza saw the presence of seven categories:
Classic Endurance Racing 1 & 2, Sixties’ Endurance, Heritage Touring Cup, Trofeo Nastro Rosso, Group C Racing, Euro F2 classic new this year and FIA Lurani Trophy as a guest category.
I was particularly excited about the battles of the classic endurance racing 1 & 2 categories with great victories, like that of the Ferrari 512 of Monteverde/Pearson, rather than a tireless battle between two Toj, the sc303 of the 78 of Marc Davis and the Toj sc304 of the 76 led by Ives Scemama, who also this year won, maintaining an amazing race step.
We trust in the passion of Mr. Patrick for the Monza circuit, hoping to see Monza historic again in 2018.
