Anche il mondo delle auto d’epoca si mobilità contro la diffusione dl Covid-19.

L’ASI (Automotoclub Storico Italiano) assieme ad ANCI (Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani) ha avviato a livello nazionale la raccolta fondi “INSIEME PER FERMARE IL COVID” coordinata dalla Cabina di regia “Benessere Italia” della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri.

Un apposito tavolo di lavoro destinerà con immediatezza i fondi raccolti ad interventi locali a carattere d’urgenza, come l’acquisto di respiratori per le terapie intensive, sia alle altre esigenze che l’evoluzione dell’emergenza renderà prioritarie.

C’è anche chi ha deciso di attivarsi direttamente, come il Club Milanese Automotoveicoli d’Epoca, dando un concreto aiuto alle strutture sanitarie, ai medici, agli infermieri e a tutto il personale che in questi giorni sta combattendo una durissima battaglia per curare i cittadini lombardi e per contrastare e sconfiggere il Covid-19. Il Consiglio direttivo del CMAE ha infatti deliberato all’unanimità di sostenere questa battaglia con una donazione di 25.000 euro. La somma donata verrà utilizzata per acquisti straordinari di materiali di consumo, quali mascherine, tute protettive, disinfettanti e strumentazioni necessari alle strutture sanitarie, ai medici, agli infermieri e al personale, per curare al meglio i malati e limitare le occasioni di contagio.

Anche C.A.V.E.M. (Circolo Ambrosiano Veicoli d’Epoca Milano), ha dichiarato che nei prossimi giorni, effettuerà una donazione a favore di “INSIEME PER FERMARE IL COVID”, inoltre sta valutando delle iniziative nell’area milanese, per supportare chi si sta adoperando per sconfiggere questo maledetto virus.

Gli organizzatori delle principali manifestazioni automobilistiche sportive legate al modo delle auto d’epoca, si sono adeguate e hanno giustamente spostato le date di inaugurazione all’autunno di quest’anno.

La Mille miglia, famosa rievocazione storica della corsa disputata dal 1927 al 1957 e che si svolge tutti gli anni con partenza da Brescia, seguendo le direttive impartite dal governo e per contrastare la diffusione dl Covid-19 ha deciso di spostare l’avvio della trentottesima edizione al 22-25 ottobre. Ai nastri di partenza ci saranno 400 vetture, selezionate da un’apposita commissione tra quelle preventivamente registrate sul sito www.registro1000miglia.it, entro la data di chiusura delle iscrizioni alla 1000 Miglia 2020.

La stessa strada ha seguito il Team Organizzativo del Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, che alla luce degli eventi e delle crescenti misure in atto per contenere il coronavirus, così come per la necessità di tutelare gli ospiti e lo staff, ha spostato l’evento nel periodo compreso tra il 16 e il 18 ottobre 2020.

With classic cars against the Covid-19 [ITA/ENG]

The world of classic cars is also moving against the spread of the Covid-19. 

The ASI (Italian Historical Automotoclub) together with ANCI (National Association of Italian Municipalities) has started at national level the fundraising “INSIEME PER FERMARE IL COVID” coordinated by the “Benessere Italia” italian Directorate Cabin of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

A special working table will immediately allocate the funds raised to local emergency interventions, such as the purchase of respirators for intensive care, both to other needs and the evolution of the emergency will make priority.

There are also those who have decided to take direct action, such as the Club Milanese Automotoveicoli d’Epoca, giving concrete help to health facilities, doctors, nurses and all the staff who these days are fighting a very hard battle to care for the citizens of Lombardy and to counter and defeat the Covid-19. The CMAE’s Council unanimously decided to support this battle with a donation of EUR 25,000. The donated sum will be used for extraordinary purchases of consumables, such as masks, protective suits, disinfectants and equipment needed by health facilities, doctors, nurses and staff, to better treat the sick and limit the opportunities for contagion.

C.A.V.E.M. (Circolo Ambrosiano Veicoli d’Epoca Milano), has also stated that in the coming days, it will make a donation to “INSIEME PER FERMARE IL COVID”, and is also considering initiatives in the Milan area, to support those who are trying to defeat this damn virus.

The organizers of the main sporting car events related to the way of classic cars, have adjusted and have rightly moved the inauguration dates to the autumn of this year.
